God Minnesota is lame

Minnesotans just disdain human contact.

refuse to believe that none of them have an open party scene

this last one is bad from my opinnion because i have had I think about three highschool clasmates that have dies in car accidents due to drunk drivers. so anyone looking to their drink on is someone who killed my classmates. I also have lost a uncle who knew his drinking was going to kill him but kept drinking anyways.

I understand where you come from on the face value. he does not seem like a bad guy. but based on my personal experiences he is basically asking me where he can find people who want o kill other people and i can in no way encourage this recklass behavior. Also some insane percentage of boat deaths are due to drunk boaters. so no i cannot encourage it one bit. and i even have to discourage it.

had he asked i want to keet knew people and have a good time i would have suggested him using tinder if he is close to the city :)

but he wants to get drunk, which most people over the age of 30 knows many people die from dirinking. he wants to drink and boat, and a huge percentage of boating deaths are from people who drink and boat.

tl:dr; the majority of people in minnesota has lots at least one person to drinking and has heard about the number of people who die while boating drunk. to not want ot be apart of the group that encourages it.
