I order through "4nrx" its usually pretty good delivery to UK (from hong kong so I imagine it will be similar times for northern EU) although corona has caused delays up to a month or so delivery time from their usual 2 weeks. Haven't had any problems with customs.

I started on 25mg cypro (half 50mg tablet of siterone) per day + 2mg estrofem (taken sublingually) per day

I increased my E to 4mg a day after about 3 month and lowered my Cypro to 12.5 mg a day

only just this week (about a year and a half later) increased my E to 6mg a day because I haven't been able to afford it

If your taking tablets sublingually like me I like to split them in half and take them more often, (2mg would be 1mg every 12 hours if you cut it in half / 4mg you can take half a 2mg tablet every 6 hours which got me through the past year or so while ive been on the big ol waiting list)
