I’m a field agent and got into an accident (minor, parked car and no damage to my truck) and I’m trying to determine whats going to happen.

I know SOP is 2 accidents or moving violations in 3 years puts me on warning status and if I get a third in a rolling 3 year period I get taken off the road and fired if I can’t find another position within 30 days.

I’m wondering what constitutes an accident (does there have to be an insurance claim) and how I can find out whats on my record.

I also want to find out if I’ll get a written warning (manager said I’ll probably get written up) and what that brings?

I found the corrective action eLearning, but that seems to only pertain to inappropriate behavior and work performance.
