Where did the idea come from that Lebron is a better "player" than Jordan?

For fucks sake man. Michael Jordan has 6 championships with 6 final mvp's. Kareem has 6 championships with 2 finals mvp's Tim duncan has 5 championships with 3 fucking finals mvp's Kobe has 5 championships and 2 nba fmvp.

There is no way in hell LBJ has 3 rings and 3 fmvp's and is greater than these guys.

Im not hating! It's just a statistical discussion.

Yes he ran into gsw one of the greatest teams ever. But so did Jordan, Kareem and magic. You have to win rings to become one of the best, and final mvp's just prove that you actually were the main player in the finals.

Why isn't Bill russell the greatest then? Because there were about 5 total teams back then. Also I'm not saying rings decide everything, FINALS MVP also matter because they speak a lot of about how much you contributed. So don't come at me with sarcastic comments about how tony Parker is better than Russell Westbrook bc he has more rings. Of course rw is better. Like I said final mvp's show your contribution to the championships.
