Where did you lose in the genetic lottery?

My paternal grandfather is six foot two. My maternal grandfather is six foot six. I barely touch five foot ten. Alzheimer’s runs on both sides of my family. I’m not sure how much of this is actually genetics, but: My body loves to hold on to fat, like my dad’s side of the family I have weak teeth, like my mom’s side I have bad knees and joints like my mom’s side I’ve struggled with addiction (had alcohol and adderall problems for a long time) like everyone on my mom’s side

I could go on. But: All of the men related to my grandfather, including my young uncle and older brother, started balding by 18. I’m about to be 26 and am thankful to have thick curly-ish hair like my dad and his dad

Hate to be corny but it’s always good to be thankful/see the silver lining where and when you can lol
