Where does Agassi rank all-time compared to the guys in his tier (Lendl, Connors, Mcenroe)?

You have to realize that Agassi didn’t play his strongest slam, the Australian Open until his ninth year on tour in 1995. He would have won two or three more slams if he had normal participation at the AO. Out of the four, Lendl’s had the highest participation at all four slams. Connors skipped the AO every year and McEnroe only played at the AO once during the six year peak he was winning slams. If all four players had the same level of participation at the AO and all four slams, Lendl undoubtedly would have finished with the fewest slams out of the bunch.

I agree with your Connors point though. He was clearly the greatest player out of the four. His longevity was incredible. 109 titles, 1,256 matches won, and made GS semis seventeen years apart. He also had the major disadvantage of being seven and eight years older than McEnroe and Lendl but was very competitive against those two until his early 30s, an age that most players used to retire at.
