Where does the money that the NBME makes go? [serious]

I don't expect NBME CEO to make any number, but I am pointing out that the best way test taking should be organized that benefits doctors and patients is being directed towards improving their situation, not being directed towards making more money

Having a CEO doesn't make a company money hungry per se, but you might not know that their CEO salary increased significantly after the introduction of step 2 CS
