Where do I find the motivation to start running?

Since I'm training for NCCA (hopefully) i put myself through workouts that are harder and run twice a day. When i was first starting out i always thought "Nobody else is doing this, why should i" or "i already ran 5 miles i can start running home now" but I've always found success in reminding myself that it was never supposed to be easy, that doing all of this may be beyond the call of duty, but to be great there must be pain and there must be suffering. Have confidence in yourself, believe in your ability. I promise that will power is just as strong as any physical attribute. If you don't understand that any form of long distance running is one of the hardest sports ever and that you are supposed to suffer, than you will feel like you are failing from the very beginning.
