Where would you like the next TES to be settled in and how would you make it work?

Alright, I've been thinking this for a while, and it's probably too far-fetched to work, but here's an interesting idea I had...

In the next TES I was thinking either one or multiple of the Aldmeri Dominion provinces, probably set not long after Skyrim, where either a re-bolstered Empire rejuvenated with Dark Brotherhood Spoiler or an Alliance between the independent provinces of Men (if the Stormcloak victory were made canon, however Bethesda will more likely resolve this some other way) are preparing for another war with the Dominion, in which your character is either a disgraced freelance agent of the Thalmor or a prisoner of war of the Legion/armies of Men.

I'd base the main quest around taking down the Thalmor government from within the province(s) the game is set in, or if Bethesda was feeling adventurous, a choice to either infiltrate and topple the Thalmor or repel the invading armies.

To keep it from being too boring and political though I'd add something like the Thalmor enthralling Daedra or undead to aid them, a sign of desperation as the Empire/humans close in on their weakening borders, and possibly the player seeking help from the Bosmeri tribes, the Mane of Elsweyr, and the Psijic Order to aid the faction of their choice.

I think this would be a fun game but would probably be a bit too over the top or fantastical for the next game, but even without the story, the floating islands of Summerset Isle, the lost desert cities of Elsweyr, and the moving forests of Valenwood would be phenomenal to experience and explore.

And I know Bethesda are capable of making all the weird lore they've created surrounding these provinces become reality (as opposed to the retconning it like Cyrodiil and the Imperial City in Oblivion). They did it with Morrowind, and it was breathtaking.

Also I've seen stuff floating around the Internet about the Thalmor Generic Spoiler, but as some who plays exclusively as human races I'd like to see him proved wrong.
