I think Sansa has had some really amazing development over time. I started out hating her. I believed that she deserved every bad thing that happened to her.
But looking at her progression, from where she started to where she is now, I've really changed my opinion. Sansa has the potential to be my favorite character in the series.
I mean, just look at where she was at the very start of the series. She was a little girl, and she was just like a lot of us. She loved fantasy--the songs and tales of knights and heroes and ladies and love.
She believed in Happily Ever After, and she wanted it for herself.
Then she found herself in a situation where it looked like she was going to get that kind of story, because she was promised to be married to a gallant-seeming, handsome prince!
