Realistically no-one besides TOAA or PR Beyonder

The thing is no matter what character you can come up with it all ends in "Other people stronger than me failed" and most recently The Beyonders failed in that

Essentially you're not dealing with one universe you're dealing with the entire omniverse, the moment the character try it will kill millions of street tiers then you will be faced with LOW tiers like Thor, Sentry. Etc.....,Then it will go to the MID tiers Galactus, Franklin, Uni eternity, all uni abstracts, Dormammu, Cyttorak, etc...,

and then if any character managed to go through that will trigger the high tiers and this is when 99% of marvel realistically stop because you will be dealing with Multi-Eternity, Multi-Oblivion, all multi true forms, Living Tribunal, full TVA, Full Phoenix force, Otherworld

NO character beside PR Beyonder or TOAA can realistically clear all that, specially with characters like Doom around once he detected someone endangering his universe he will go Beyonders slayer. Mod. (Also stories like Deadpool kill the..... Doesn't count obviously)
