The University (CBU) I graduated from had this rumor that below the oldest building (Old James) has an underground catacomb with a series of tunnels. Supposedly, before we bought the building it was an insane asylum and the staff there buried the dead crazy people underground. People say you see figures walking around "Old James" at night.

The tunnels are real, there are marked off doors in our library that lead down.Even our Kinesiology department is partly underground in one of the older buildings.

The school and veteran staff say its a fake story and what not, but I've seen some shit studying for finals at like 3am in that building lol
