Which deaths felt forced to you?

I have always disliked the way hectic situations are sometimes forced. The best examples are s03e04, the episode where Lori/Tdog die. There is a scene where Lori and Rick are looking at each other, it shows Lori looking at rick with no zombies, then it goes to rick looking at lori for a few seconds, then when we go back to Lori there are zombies everywhere. The Zombies only move at the one slow speed, it outright isn't possible for them to get as close to Lori as they got in that scene in that amount of time. They are scattered around too, when they only could have entered from one gate. It's honestly funny if you take a minute to think about it.

The same thing happened with Carl. They stumble on a pair of zombies, there are no other zombies nearby. They move in and kill the 2 zombies sloppily, during the fight we see a shot of a few more zombies stumbling in at the one slow speed. They are on top of carl and new guy in like 5 seconds, when it would have taken them 3-4x as long to cover that distance at their speed.
