Which is the decision you regret the most?

I've been avoiding my Dad because I need to sell his car and I've just been slacking off on it. Among other things, but this one stands out because this is not for me.

They moved out of the country like 2 months ago. I haven't avoided him the whole time and in fact even got into the swing of showing it around and negotiating offers. I've just faltered since some issues started popping up in the car, and now it's added hassle. If the issues aren't fixed, any little point becomes a negotiating tactic for the buyer.

I hate selling this thing, I don't know why it takes me so much out of it, but I feel the burden of getting the best price here that I wouldn't if it was my own car. I get so drained from the whole car selling, low balling dance.
