which option do you think is the biggest contributor to a person being fat?

Here me out. I’m not the skinniest dude. I track my calories every day and exercise a few times a week. I’m trying to lose weight. You can eat 1,500 calories a day and exercise for a few hours every day and some people would be underweight, others would be overweight. Weight isn’t black and white and it’s not fair to assign people in boxes and say that every person that is fat because they eat too many calories. I typically eat 800-1,000 calories a day and exercise for about 30-45 minutes a few times a week. I started doing this in June and so far have only lost about 10 lbs. i started at 170 lbs, 5’4” and so far only 160 lbs. Its exhausting. Not everybody who’s fat is because of an excess of calories.
