[Spoiler[(#s "if we go by the slightly questionable explanation from Jorge Joestar of how MiH reseting the universe worked: MiH created ~32 alternate universes, the only connecting factor between them is the ultimate events of battle tendency i.e. Kars being sent into space (apparently the corpses of Kars are the 'Sinners' which DIO talks about in Over Heaven, which is how he achieves his ultimate form in both Jorge and Eyes of Heaven) we can also assume that the approximate events of SBR also take place given the abilities of D4C. So the MiH universes all take place along different timelines starting at the beginning of time (assumed) and not from the point of MiH activating onwards. This essentially leaves us with 3ish important univeres: 1) base jojo universe from parts 1-6 (defined by being the one with the OG Dio Brando) 2) steel ball run universe from 7-8 (defined by being the one with the sacred corpse, which may be the corpse of Dio's original body) 3) the final universe created by MiH where DIO ascends to heaven (and possibly the Irene universe from the ending of SO but there's no solid ground to say their the same universe other than Emporio being transported there after defeating Pucci)")

of course this is all speculation based of the limited information available online about Jorge Joestar (which is not confirmed canon)
