-If you are up against a good crew any tactic will be difficult, most crews arent super coordinated sweat-lords. if they are you could use your ships superior maneuverability to get around rocks hiding yourself till they pass.

-You know when you first posted I thought you were a really good player who was coming up against a wall and having trouble, the more of your post i read the more i realize you are a really bad player who is trying to drag others down to your level to justify your lack of success in this game. If you want to get better at beating gally's as a solo sloop there are only 2 real things you can do.
1. watch others do it on youtube (oh look hundreds of videos of people doing the "impossible") and learn from them.
2.go out and pick fights with gallys as a solo sloop, you egt better by trying and failing but you will never improve if your tactic is just giving up.
Honestly you should not be giving ANYONE advice, because your advice is terrible.
