While class divides should be our main priority, how do we address racism and sexism to avoid leaving that field entirely to the shitlibs?

I believe this question ultimately fails to see the reality on the ground. The left leaning “shit libs” that you’re referring to have a material interest in the ideology and have a stake in not being converted.

For instance, since all liberal and government institutions are captured they attract and hire certain candidates. The tenor of the workplace is particular. You may even work adjacent to the billion dollar DEI industry. Do you think one day someone there is going to hit reply all and say “no more Latinx” and it’s going to result in anything good for that person?

Further, I believe many people have what is essential a material interest in their social media presence. As we become more economically precarious, isolated, atomized as a people, our ability to accrue likes, retweets, karma is a sign of our worth. It’s a reward for our labor, and there is no better ROI than being on the side of whatever the “shit libs” on Twitter are selling. I use labor on purpose. It may not be a correct Marxist definition but a year ago tomorrow a sweet person I know decided to type an essay about a historian black American everyday for the whole of black history month and posted it on her Facebook. There was no monetized blog attached to this, no effort to turn this into anything other than likes. The effort that went into this still astounds me.
