Another house actually not that far from there, had a bath in the middle of the living room. The bathroom was green, bedrooms has no carpets and the kitchen window was boarded up.

Also our current landlord hasn't replaced our toilet he refused to and since there isn't any other properties around here we had to ourselves. We've had to get our neighbors car towed because they keep parking in our drive and the landlord has tried to defend them. In our lease we are renting the house, garden and drive so he knows legally we are right. We also plan to replace the boiler because it's leaking. He's one of the shittiest landlords we have ever had. If there was more property to rent around here we'd be gone in a heartbeat.
