White Belt Wednesday

Hi friends. I recently turned 30, and started taking Muay Thai classes last month (2x a week). It's my first martial art, and I'm really into it. I'm not getting into any fights, but I want to get good, and also become a balanced martial artist. My gym also teaches BJJ (gi and no gi) for an extra $30 a month, so I said why not and signed up for it.

For the no-gi, what should I expect? Anything I should do to prepare? I'm a bit nervous for the contact aspect of it. The class is like 30 min after Muay Thai, so I'm confused if I should bring a change of clothes, or just a towel to wipe off with. And should I wear a rashguard + spats?

Thanks! I'm a complete noob, so sorry for any dumb questions.
