If a cop yells "drop the gun", then shoots you before you have time to comply, you weren't complying?

You do remember that entire latency thing don't you? I get it, you want the cop to be guilty, judging by your posts here, it is much more important to you that the black person waving the gun isn't guilty - but as several of the reports state there were multiple calls, and even long before then, before the cops show up there are apparently a plethera of issues about this at least until there is a hearing, and there was, and they found no issue with what the cops did. Not sure why you aren't getting this, other than the aforementioned " it is much more important to you that the black person waving the gun isn't guilty"

He didn't move away. He turned his head and changed his stance, but he was shot and fell to the floor without taking a single step.

So your point is he was shot, dropped to the floor, went behind the shelves, and then got up and went back for the pellet gun? Is that your point here? Really?

First point, the dude was clearly threatening with it. You don't swing around a firearm. You have clearly never trained with firearms. Secondly, a couple google search would tell you right around the same time everything was going down in Ferguson.. Of course, the media didn't really report shock of shocks, or more accurately, the entire reason that this thread is about and what you are so blatantly ignoring. That double standard.
