Why did you change what they said? They did not say you might have some issues. They said you are looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourself and your family.

Do you really believe that what they meant is that "all of you that are unvaccinated are going to die" ? or did they mean that because you're unvaccinated you're putting yourself and your family at greater risk of hospitalization and death?

If you don't understand that since the vast majority of people will not have severe illness and the vast majority of people will not die, this is worded too strongly you are lost. This is what I said from the very beginning.

The gap between unvaccinated and vaccinated people in terms of hospitalizations and deaths is and has been growing for months now. The data is clear, if you're vaccinated your chances of dying/being hospitalized are very low, if you're unvaccinated you face a greater chance of death/hospitalization.

That was the reason the white house said what they said.
