Yeah sure if we lived in a perfect world that's how it would work but we live in a world full of racist scumbags like most people in the thread and sub.

The US justice system is inherently racist. They charge and convict more black people that white people even if they committed the same crime. There is also the main correlation between crime and poverty and the United States is set up to keep minorities down and poor. Rich white people get away free for crimes all the time that 10 poor black people would go to prison for.

You must not be an American since you don't understand how racist the government and police forces are in the country I actually do live in.
