White teenager to the white community: we need to stand with the African American community and make things better!

This just has to be said, the racism people want you to believe exists pretty much doesn’t. No one looks at a black man and says “because his skin is different, he is inferior.” That style of racism has all but completely died out. Good! This should be celebrated.

Where you see “racism” now isn’t attributed solely to skin color. It’s attributed to how a community acts in society. When a certain community promotes aggressiveness, selfishness, theft, murder, disrespect as their ideals there is going to be pushback. Those ideals are bad. Being against those ideals isn’t racist just bc the community who holds those ideals has a different skin color.

“Hold on now! What about whites!? What about what they do? What about the greed, selfishness, un-caring and disregard white people exhibit?”

That’s not good either! No one likes that either!

But if you’re against this cultural behavior on one side, you’re racist, if you’re against the cultural behavior on the other side, you’re reasonable.

It just doesn’t make any sense and everyone loses this way. You’re not “racist” for identifying something wrong. And you aren’t helping anything by saying “I don’t see color, accept me and tell me how open minded I am.” No one gives a damn about color. That is literally the last thing on the “issues” list. But it’s ALWAYS the first thing talked about.
