Who are you voting for Mayor?

I haven't decided yet but I think that Siân Berry will most likely get my first preference vote. I find her consistently impressive, convincing, profound and principled.

Sadiq Khan, yeah, I don't know, maybe I'll put him as my second preference candidate. On the one hand, I do think he's a good guy, a good person, and he's smart and he's got lots of energy, but on the other hand I want to see more radical change and I don't think that he's the right person to deliver that change. Just like OP said, I had high hopes for him in the beginning but my enthusiasm has faded.

And I'll definitely look more closely at Siobhan Benita's policies, too. So far, I like what I hear but I just don't know enough yet. I'll keep an open mind about her.

Rory Stewart, hmmm. Probably not. Although I can't really say why. I probably wouldn't mind having a drink with him in the pub, I'm sure it would be an entertaining and interesting evening; he comes across as someone who cares to listen but at times it all seems a bit staged and like he's trying too hard. That's not really a reason to not vote for someone, I know, but it feels like he's lacking the local history. I know he lives in London but it feels more like he's desperately trying to find a new role for himself after his Tory leadership bid failed.
