Depends on his ADP for me. With Luck healthy in 2016, he averaged 6.2 targets per game and 7 TDs in 9 games, largely because he was the best RZ threat on an Andrew Luck-led team. TY obviously isn't ever going to be a guy you can throw a fade to on the 5 yard line and we haven't seen anything from Doyle to suggest that he can either. If Moncrief's ADP is outside the top 100 or so, I think he's worth a flier to see if he can keep getting Luck targets in the red zone.

Although, looking at his 2016 data, he was catching 80% of balls in the red zone for 6 TDs on 8 catches while most guys caught a TD on <50% of their RZ targets. For me, it'll depend on his ADP. I could see the hype mounting if Luck looks good in OTAs and training camp and Moncrief returning to the 60-70 ADP range like he was this year before more negative Luck news started coming out. Or I could see people forgetting about him and he falls into the double digit rounds. If it's the latter, I'd give very serious thought to drafting him even though TD regression seems inevitable.
