Please let me know whom I can contact about an unfairly handled child support case. I live in Wyoming. I have written every state agency I can find. I am trying to find anyone above the State of Wyoming. My case has been unfairly handled to say the least. I will copy a snippet of what I wrote to the state. "My concern is that the State of Wyoming, particularly the City of Sheridan is massively failing at making ,executing and through-seeing fair child support agreements. Furthermore this particular Jurisdiction seems to be extremely bias against Males. I am a father and I am the only parent my son has ever known. His mother (just released from serving over a year in the state mental hospital in Evanston) seems to be able to manipulate the local child support authority into facilitating a crime. (childs mother) has been allowed to not pay any child support since 2009. This seems like it is not the standard since I can have more than twenty men testify that they have been jailed after not paying support for much less time(I am sure we both know this figure is at least in the hundreds probably thousands). Yet I have to go to court to explain why I havent let her see him. Lets see, well, she was in jail for many months of these years (approximately two years but I am not certain). She was in the state mental hospital for over a year while pregnant. She never tried to visit her son those years. He wants nothing to do with her by his own choice. He is 13, he is bigger than I am, am I supposed to push him into a car or what? She is not mentally stable and is a well documented methamphetamine addict. So the state is telling me it is more important I let my son be endangered and enraged by his mother than for him to have any support what so ever for the last 6 years? This can not be a just action taken by a just County. I will be contacting all services I can in and outside of Wyoming prior to this trial on January 4 and I dont see what reasonable explanation can be given for the continued and complete failure of Wyomings Child Support Authority.
