Dated a girl who came after me and I messed it up royally, but that's only kind of important. I wouldn't recommend that course unless you get to know them first. Your question is the same for both sides of the equation, so both answers are valid. You just never wanna rush things. It usually goes that you're happy someone's interested in you, you don't know anything about them, and you end up not giving them what they want or need. Thats how it happened for me, with a few extra fuckups of course. Take the time to figure them out, then decide if they're someone that you could have something with. Who does the thing first really doesn't make a difference in the end. Maybe they're a better judge of you and whether you're compatible than you are, and vice versa.
