I can relate to your first kiss as well: I'm a dude and I was with a female friend watching some movies, and at some point we rolled around her bed while she was trying to tickle me, I got above her and tried to say something to get out of the room to calm down since I felt I had an erection, but she felt it too and blocked me with her legs, causing me to make a split-second decision and kiss her.

"...Oh...oh my god, holy shit...that actually happened?!" was my reaction for days after that x)

Yeah, Violet rocks compared to what Clementine had to endure before, and having one girl of her age to talk to is something she never really had since the start of the apocalypse. Sarah was indeed too immature and fragile due to Carlos being absolutely pathetic at educating a child in these conditions, and Gabe thankfully didn't have any love story with my Clementine, since he didn't even die in my playthrough.
