I don’t think I would agree but maybe I am biased because I smoke pretty much every day. I think it depends on the situation. Im in University so I just have to go to classes in the morning and daytime but then in the evening I can hang out with friends, and I usually end up smoking. I have essentially no responsibilities other than staying on top of work at University and I don’t smoke until I have all my uni work finished so they don’t interfere with each other. But when I finish all my uni work for the day I like to relax by smoking a bit at the end of the day. Im sure other people do the same after work.

So I think you could smoke everyday in some situations and it would not be abuse, obviously for medical reasons would be another one.
