Who else struggles to make healthy choices?

I've had this internal struggle too. For me it always comes back to how I feel. Sure, it's pointless to stay healthy because we all die eventually no matter what, sometimes in ways completely unrelated to health. However, making healthy choices makes me feel good. More energy, more hapiness, more in control, less aches & pains, etc. Even though I'll die no matter what, I'd like to enjoy as much as possible, and keeping myself healthy is a big part of that for me personally. This perspective is perfect to give me freedom to make some unhealthy choices without being overly harsh on myself, but also gives me motivation to make healthy choices whenever/as often as I can. I hope you or someone else can take something positive from this perspective. Good luck!
