Except that if you are saying that the 3rd guy he shot and hit (he missed one) pointed a gun at him and thats all it takes to be considering self defense, than him pointing his gun at the first person he shot would allow that guy to say he was using self defense in trying to disarm someone who was a perceived threat. And the 2nd guy he killed was just responding to an active shooter who obviously had his gun out still and was a definite threat (as he had already killed someone then fled) and was just using the skateboard to defend himself from an active shooter. It all goes back to the first person he shot, the guy that testified he encountered him but never drew his gun, was not in danger and didn't shoot anyone, he was hen along comes Kyle gun out and bam.
