Who failed most in this BTZ scenario?

1) Many days prior to BTZ: supervisor's fault for not notifying A1C that blues are required for BTZ board and not doing a full blues inspection.

2) Assuming the Airman had blues ready, but lost the belt - it's the A1Cs fault for doing so.

3) When A1C notifies the supe and they do nothing, it's still your fault. It is YOUR board. You were aware that blues are required and in your words - did nothing - to find the missing uniform item.

4) You miss the board, potentially a mandatory appointment. 100% your fault. Sure, your supervisor will get chewed out for not making sure you make it because you're an A1C and all, but you're supposed to be going up for BTZ. You should be the clear standout, but yet you can't even meet a board/find a belt?
