The easy answer is the Dolphins. Rosen is in a weirdly similar situation to last year (shitty O-Line, not much receiver help, first year defensive head coach). They’ve improved on defense, but not by much. Maybe experience helps Rosen improve but from a coaching standpoint alone, I don’t see how this team gets more than 5 wins.

I think the Cardinals also have a good chance. They’re better on paper than they were last year, but a first year head coach who’s still adapting his offense to the NFL and a rookie QB. It’s those reasons that they could be great, but it’s also those reasons that they could be absolutely terrible.
