Who here makes $100k?

Mid thirties. Started with a business marketing degree. Went to work for a post production house that cut mostly :30s spots. Got the job by working for free for the first two months to prove I was worth hiring. After a few years there I took a job for a production company in a mid-market doing :30s broadcast production. Small company so I was able to quickly take over writing, editing, and most on-set duties. Then got promoted to be a director in most second-tier client work. After a few hundred commercials I moved to a hotter market and started a small full-service marketing agency. I had been designing websites since my teenage years (90's) for my father's manufacturing business, not to mention I can design decently for most B2 tech clients (which is what I specialize in) so now we offer branding, copy, website and sales funnel design, marketing content like white papers and ebooks, video production for animated explainers, testimonials, creative spots, and case study docs.

I mainly do the design work and final copy editing, while my wife and one other employee do most of the writing.
