Priority number one is finding leadership for this group. Obviously, making a post saying "who wants to be a leader?" doesn't work at all. My point for this post honestly wasn't to say hey let's write the business plan. It was "who is interested in formulating the business plan". Could totally be the wrong way of trying to solicit this but I'm really just trying to figure out who wants to be a leader of this thing. The people who are interested in the business plan are the ones I personally want to try out as leaders regardless of what their skills are. If we get an overwhelming number of people, then we have a different issue and that's a good problem to have because we can weed people out who are underqualified.

Right now we have no team and nothing appealing to offer anyone. Just being honest, most people in this group probably don't even know how to lead at all. I'm personally not a Level 5 leader. There's no way in hell there's a level 5 leader in this group though. Who in this group is a Level 3 plus leader? That's really all I want to know. If you're a level 3 plus leader and want to talk about the future direction of this group, let's go.
