The man was sexy as hell and could (and did) charm the pants off of anyone. Still can't believe he was impeached for saying....(okay....LYING)...."I didn't have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky." I'm not going to name names but "other" presidents have lied about much more serious things and have not been impeached.

Edit: SO many people have tried to argue that he wasn't impeached.
