Who is the most delusional person you've known?

My ex's new girlfriend. (Up until recently, we were all friends.)

He accidentally hit her cervix during sex, insisted she was fine for four days, then convinced me to take her to the emergency room. I sat there and held her hand while she had a pelvic exam, during which she was told she was fine. She told the OB/GYN her minor bruising happened during consensual sex. After the OB/GYN left the room, the girlfriend then told me that my ex purposefully left her like that. My ex was at work, because she told him she was fine, and going to work as well. I can imagine his surprise when she contacted him on Kik and told him it was his fault she was there.

The girlfriend then proceeded to tell me how she told him to keep going, how it felt good until afterward, when she began to cramp. She then told me it was still his fault, because he "should have known better" than to keep going...in spite of the fact she told him to. This litany of blame continued, even in the room where they elected to do an ultra sound (I still don't understand that), and she was sending me messages on Kik. I screencapped those and sent them to my ex.

He decided to come to the ER. She didn't know that.

As she was being brought back from the ultra sound, she looked at her phone.

"Oh...he's coming to check on me!" She was all smiles.

When he came in, he sat next to her, and very quietly asked her what she meant when she said it was all his fault. Turns out, not only had he gotten my screencapped messages, he also got messages directly from her, saying he was to blame.

The girlfriend did a huge about-face, and said, "I know, I should have gone to the ER when you asked me to....", which was four days prior.

Another twist in the tale: she said she asked me to take her, because she didn't want to ask her mother. However, she's on her mother's insurance, and gave her mother's mailing address to the insurance person while she was being seen.

In addition, she will kick him out of her bed at dawn if she knows her parents are coming to her house that morning. She doesn't want her parents to "catch" them. This has happened five or so times since they started seeing each other in March.
