I have a Karen at my work who keeps getting angry, overstepping her place/pay grade, telling people off for not doing things her way, and calling their boss to dob them in. Then she’ll later cry in our office (the two of us share an office) because she’s so stressed and can’t keep up. She can’t prioritise and focus.

She will call out after people who walk past our door after finishing a convo with someone in the office opposite us, even when she doesn’t know the person.

For example - Person speaking to someone in a nearby office: “I’m headed into town for a meeting, I’m going to be so late!” Then they walk past our door... Karen: “you drive carefully now, make sure you don’t speed!” <pauses> “psst, who was that?”

She genuinely is lovely but she needs to shut up and get on with her job
