Who was the most overrated President of the 20th Century?

The US was in no way engaged in a war with the USSR in 1945. America was actually aiding the USSR at the time by providing Tanks, etc. through Lend-Lease to stave off the Germans. The threat was obviously primarily the Germans, but the Pacific Theater was the States’ largest involvement in the war until D-Day. They dropped the bombs as a direct “Fuck you” to Japan for Pearl Harbor, and an indirect “Don’t fuck with us” to the Axis and more broadly. Going back to my previous comment, the US understood the Japanese had invoked Ketsu Go at that point and recognized this was the only way to end conflict with the Japanese, due to the massive military and civilian casualties associated with a land invasion.
