Who is the scariest person you've ever met?

Coworker, in his 40's, was former Marine that served several tours in Iraq before being "forced out" of the military. Talks frequently and fondly about how much he enjoyed the door-to-door raids he used to go on, because he got to shotgun Iraqis up close. Says he enjoyed the smell of "burning skin and fresh blood," and that whenever he swept a house, he would make sure to also kill the kids after he killed their parents just to make sure they wouldn't grow up to become suicide bombers. He claims he was the only soldier actually doing anything over there, and was punished for making everybody else look bad by comparison, so he was sent on a "peacekeeping mission" to Somalia. There he says he was reprimanded for killing several Somalians during a food delivery run after they started throwing rocks.

He believes so many government conspiracy theories, including that the Columbine, Virginia Tech, and Sandy Hook massacres (along with just about every other mass shooting) were orchestrated by Obama as part of his plan to enact martial law and repeal the 2nd amendment. Global warming is a myth by Obama to repeal the 2nd amendment. Obama is a secret Muslim who is allowing Muslim terrorist immigrants to come here an murder our families and repeal the 2nd amendment. And so on...

He also will occasionally fly into an uncontrollable blind rage and begin threatening people over the tiniest perceived disrespect. He had an altercation on a government facility with someone riding a bike, and apparently (according to the other guy) threatened to find out who he was and murder his family before he got home. He will throw thing and break things if he's told to do something he doesn't want to do, and always makes sure to bring up how easy it was to steal military grade bombs and weapons whenever the discussion of any reprimand comes up.
