His company provides a valuable service—because of workers who piss in bottles because they can't meet quotas if they take breaks. How much reward does he deserve for something that, if he died tomorrow, would replace him and continue completely unobstructed? What value does he provide that is worth a decent percentage of a trillion dollars?
