I wish The Presence would turn your fucking computer off, dude. So, an innocent like Superman can transcend paper and be real? Well, what about Freddy Kreuger? He can transcend hell and nightmares, and possess Supie while he sleeps. Even if he doesn't naturally dream, Frederick can make him dream.

Also, The Presence is THE God of DC. He is omnipresent and omnipotent and omniscient. Also, the God of real reality is transcendental. So must the Presence be. He is modeled after the Judeo-Christian God, after all. And I'm sure the one true God of DC is more transcendent than Super Soaker. (And yes, there is such a concept as meta-transcendence on comics.)
