When Naruto trained to throw the Rasenshuriken in secret by using Sage mode to coat it, containing the chakra in a ball, he created clouds as a result of the nature manipulation. For a more bombastic example, his attack against Sasuke at the end created a cyclone altering the weather drastically. Another example, which is from Sasuke, was the usage of Fireballs to alter the weather above him and take advantage of the lightning that would ensue. Just goes to show that, Naruto likely could do something like this if he was creative enough with his abilities.

Not to backtrack much but, Naruto's strength isn't his forté. Hes mostly a Ninjutsu specialist, but the extent of his brute strength can be seen against Toneri in The Last. Not exactly crag-evaporating, but thats what he would use the Rasengan for.

During the Chunin Exams in Boruto, Momoshiki showed up and manifested a Tailed-Beast Bomb the size of the arena. Because of Momoshiki's ability, the effects of it is quadrupled, and already being at that size, well, it would've trumphed any explosion seen in Shippuden by hundreds of times. Naruto blocked it by cloaking it in his Kurama Chakra and taking the blow directly.

Again, as incredible as much of Naruto is, the characters themselves remain relatively grounded--Naruto isn't made of some unknown material that can defy the likes of nukes with his bare flesh. He is human, and relies on these techniques to compensate. The closest thing in Naruto that even touches upon the realm of the gods or dead is a Sealing Jutsu that isn't even understood--supposedly sealing ones soul in a Shinigami, but we don't even know if thats true.
