Dude has multiple things that annoy me.:

• He's messy, but not in his own personal space around his desk. Litters the shared areas and then complains when the cleaning staff or others throw out his shit.
• One of those kind of people that you can hear chew and slurp drinks from the other side of the office.
• Asks about a certain areas of others work that isn't his own (which is normally great and welcome), but as soon as you start explaining you see him switching off and engage in discussions with others.
• Always interrupts during normal conversation or changes topic mid-discussion.
• Self-entitled with his wants.
• Interrupts when you are in the middle of working and never sticks to the "headphone etiquette" that's common in our line of work.
• Tries to micromanage others when he has no place to.

But credit where it is due, when he isn't a pain in the arse like that, he's a pretty decent person, open to criticism and good at his actual job.
