Embiid is overrated because everyone ignores his injuries. He hasn't gone a full season without suffering a serious injury (keeping in mind that he fractured his orbital last year but played through it).

Greg Oden was always a good player, but he just couldn't stay on the court. If Embiid has a seasoning ending injury next year, which there's at least a 50% chance he will, then he starts to look a lot more like Greg Oden than he does Wilt Chamberlain.

But after all, this is r/NBA. So I'm sure the first reply I get to this comment will be "you don't fucking know what you're talking about; Embiid has never been injured before and will never be injured in the future!!!"
