If you have an IR spot and it's not currently filled by someone better like Shady or Roethlisberger, I would stash Quizz there at least until we get more information about his timetable to return.

Some people are saying Lisfranc which would mean anything from multiple weeks to done for the year, and if we do get news to that effect in the next week or two, then yeah, go ahead & cut him loose. But that's speculation at this point and there's always the possibility that it's a mild sprain, that the boot is precautionary, and that he can return as soon as a week or two. Nobody knows right now.

With no information whatsoever about Martin's return timetable (other than the fact that he's not coming back this week), and with the way other RB's with "imminent returns" from injuries have been reported on this year, we could still be looking at an extended absence that leaves a window open for Quizz to return as the starter before Martin steps back on the field (if he even does at this point).
