Ad blockers aren't stealing. I have no obligation to view the ads. Similarly, they have no obligation to make the ads easy to remove.
Let's look at some non internet examples.
Clipping a physical news paper to mail an article to someone. No obligation to also clip and include one of the ads in the news paper.
If I give someone a phone number they need do I also need to serve them an ad out of the phone book?
If I record a tv show to watch it later, is fast forwarding the ads morally wrong?
And what about the other way around. I get plenty of as that don't come with content supplied to me. A billboard along a highway. I'm not receiving any news or other compensation for viewing that so are they stealing from me? Similarly, what about a store clerk offering me a store card, that's wasting my time and I don't get anything from it.
This gets absurd quickly.
Your premise that there is an implied contract that I must view the ads in exchange for the content is flawed.
