Who's forced to go back to the office starting tomorrow?

Gonna put in a duty to accomodate request tomorrow. Reason, mental health reasons (I have an anxiety diagnosis that predates the pandemic). Originally I thought this was a union negotiated thing, but duty to accomodate is actually part of Canadian human rights legislation. Quite frankly I don't think they will have a leg to stand on in my case. Guess I will find out. More people should do this.

Literally no part of my job requires being in an office and I just can't fool myself into forgetting the mental health benefits of working from home the last 3 years. I was able to continue doing my job 100% just fine from home. They haven't provided one good reason why returning to the office makes any sense. It is all about politics, and I can't wait for legislators to pass worker rights laws to catch up with the new reality we have seen the last few years.
