Who's jumping into P3D entirely tomorrow?

I do worry about these things that's all.

Don't. Whatever happens happens, we have no control over the fate of enforcement of P3D's EULA. It is unlikely we will see zealous enforcement of that EULA. Also, it was Microsoft who came up with the entertainment vs professional use of flight simulators when selling its rights to FSX. What interest would they have in keeping hobbyists who aren't actual pilots or pilots in training away from P3D in the year 2017?

I suppose the next thing to watch for is what DT does when they see their possible FSW userbase using P3D instead when they are not supposed to do that in the first place per the EULA (and LM really would have no leg to stand on here legally speaking). But forcing LM's hand would really piss off many of the very same simmers they are trying to attract. It would also give X-Plane the opportunity to easily dethrone FSX / P3D as the most popular flight simulator out there that does not have such EULA limitations. It would be a lose-lose situation for both DT and LM alike.
